Portfolio Management

Seabank Capital advises and/or manages client porfolios and accounts whether they are in
Canada or the United States. As a registered Advisor in each country Seabank Capital is able
to service most American and Canadian retirement and investment accounts.

We help each client design an investment policy statement (financial action plan) and based on
each client's personal requirements we will implement and manage investments designed to reach
each client's specific goals and objectives.

Seabank Capital is not restricted in terms of any securities it may offer or transact in and has
North American access to most major stock and bond markets along with no load mutual funds
and special products.

As an independent fee-only investment advisor Seabank Capital manages client assets for a
competitive fee based on the value of the assets under administration. Seabank Capital does not
receive incentives or inducements to "sell" any products or services.

Client assets enjoy security and safety. All accounts are held by third party custodians/trust
companies where each account is insured and protected.

Clients may choose to have Seabank act in an advisory capacity where we provide investment
advise for your consideration or you may engage Seabank on an investment management basis
where we make the day to day investment decisions for you within the context of an agreed upon
investment policy statement or action plan.

We do not post aggregrated investment performance numbers as we manage a range of client
accounts from income- only to growth-only mandates. As such, investment performance will
and does vary based on the objectives of each portfolio or account. However, we are happy to
discuss our investment performance as it relates to accounts we manage with similar objectives
and constraints to each prospective client's potential investment management mandate.

Our minimum account size for "segregated accounts" (individual securities) is $300,000 and in the
case of smaller accounts we will accept a minimum of $50,000. For managed accounts less than
$200,000 we prefer to limit the accounts to no-load mutual funds, exchange traded funds and bonds
so as to ensure adequate diversification in each account.

Fees and account minimums are negotiable depending upon a variety of factors and circumstances.
We are happy to consider any reasonable request that has potential to benefit prospective clients
and Seabank Capital alike over the longer term.
